1.2 Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Items must not be damaged, altered, or customized.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards

Customized or personalized products

2. How to Initiate a Return

2.3 Packaging: Please ensure the item(s) are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. Finger Seams is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipping.

3.2 Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email when your refund is issued.

3.3 Deductions: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

4.1 Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and availability.
